This policy applies to all orders placed through Kerala Spices Store, operated by Mani Spices Exports, hereinafter referred to as Mani Spices. It is issued for general customer awareness and is not a legally binding agreement. Mani Spices shall not be held liable for any delays or failures arising from third-party services including courier providers, payment gateways, or logistics agents.

Order Cancellations

You may cancel an order by emailing support@shop.manispices.com or via your account if eligible.

• - Within 12 hours: 2% deduction
• - Between 12 to 24 hours: 2.5% deduction

If no cancel button appears, the cancellation window has expired. Deductions cover transaction fees, administrative efforts, and processing costs.

Returns Policy

Returns are not accepted under any circumstance to ensure food safety, hygiene, and product integrity.

Exchange Policy

Exchanges are only provided if the delivered item is incorrect. Exchange requests must:

• - Be submitted within 2 days of delivery
• - Include clear photographic evidence
• - Receive confirmation from our support team via email

Refund Processing Timeline

Refunds will be processed back to the original mode of payment:

• - UPI: Within 1–3 working days
• - Credit/Debit Card: Within 7–9 working days
• - Other Payment Modes: Within up to 10 working days

Note: Working days exclude Sundays and recognized public holidays in India.
