Product Authenticity

All our products are directly sourced from certified farmers and cooperatives in Idukki, Kerala. Slight variations in color, aroma, or texture are natural due to seasonal and climatic conditions and do not affect product quality.

Login Requirement

Purchases can be made only after logging in—either by account registration or using Google Login. This ensures order tracking and secure customer identification.

Delivery Timelines

We ship from Idukki, a high-range area. Delays may occur due to terrain, electricity, or weather. Our average delivery time is 3–9 business days post-dispatch.

Cancellations

- If cancelled within 12 hours of order placement: 2% deduction
- If cancelled between 12–24 hours: 2.5% deduction

These fees cover payment gateway charges and order processing effort already initiated at our facility.

No Returns

We follow a strict no-return policy. Returns are not accepted under any condition, including unopened packets, to ensure hygiene and food safety.

Exchange Eligibility

Exchanges are allowed only in the following rare cases:

• Incorrect product delivered
• Product visibly damaged during shipping

All exchanges require approval from our support team within 2 days of delivery and must include proof (photos).

No Refunds

Refunds are not issued by default. In rare cases where an exchange is not feasible, a refund may be approved at the sole discretion of Mani Spices Exports.
